- CURIOSITA – What were you curious about as a child? How does that shape what you are curious about now? How might this affect your “artistic vision”? Write one to two chunky paragraphs.
AS a child I was always curious about sports and numbers. I always looked out to see how sports worked and devised different games to play with my friends. I am still curious about the same things, sports and numbers. Instead of making games I ask my coaches questions like"What can I do to get better there?","What would have been the better decision?" My child curiosities has formed me to push to get better and see my sports as an art form
- WATCH “TED TALK”: “HOW ART GIVES SHAPE TO CULTURAL CHANGE”. Answer the Essential Questions in the way you think Thelma Golden answered them. Recall specific things she said in the talk that helped lead you to your answers. Keep in mind that although she speaks of how she specifically used different art exhibits, her ideas are about a general way in which art can be utilized around the world.
What is Art? Art is something that reveals the essential or hidden truth
What is the artist's role in society? The Artists role in society is to get people to think and wonder

Volleyball is an art through your play. Just how sloppy technique for an instrument results in an unpleasant performance, it is so with volleyball. My coach always says "Volleyball is a dance." We are constantly moving from one job to the next, first covering the setters dump, then driving to the line to get ready for the hit, then pass, cover and repeat. The constant movement reveals the dance about volleyball. You can never marvel at your performance because once you do your dance is broken.
